We are currently looking for a Customer Care representative to join a dynamic team environment. This position is based in Burlington and is a one-year contract directly with the organization. Responsibilities
- Providing customer support in English and French through email and by phone
- Updating customer files and timelines as required
- Working in a fast paced environment that requires a strong attention to detail
- Manage income calls and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting
- Be a liaison between other departments
- Support with financial aspects, such as creating Purchase Orders
Qualifications
- Bilingual French/English is required
- 2 years of customer service experience
- High detail orientation, high sensitivity to working with confidential information
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exposure to medical terminology would be an asset
- Strong ability/attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work harmoniously with diverse teams
- Multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
