Randstad is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Whitby. This is an ongoing contract opportunity with the potential for permanency at a leader in the power tools market. This is a high priority position and we are actively seeking qualified candidates to start as soon as possible.
Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Type: Contract to Hire
Pay: $22 - $23/hr
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Location: Whitby, Ontario
Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, credits, and returns through Zendesk.
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding orders, pricing, billing, products, service, and general inquiries.
- Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
- 1-2 years in a customer service or order entry role in a warehouse
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Zendesk and AS400 is nice to have
- Punctual and a multi-tasker
