- Schedule: Commit to a 5-day, 37.5-hour workweek; part-time options are not available.
- Availability: Be available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm.
- Salary: Earn $18 per hour.

What Will You Do?
-Manage incoming customer interactions through various channels, addressing questions and resolving issues related to client services, products, and the rewards program.
- Document and annotate customer interactions and provide assistance with navigational queries.
- Educate and promote the benefits of our rewards program to customers, encouraging active participation and engagement.
Qualifications
Qualifications for Success in the Role:
- Exceptional fluency in both French and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in using software and tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in customer service, including call handling and resolving inquiries. Call center experience is an asset!
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to customer concerns.
- Internet Connectivity: Wired internet connection is required (no WiFi)
- Must have the willingness to help customers.
