We’re hiring Bilingual Contact Centre Agents for a government-adjacent organization in the heart of Ottawa. You’ll support customers over the phone, email, chat, and even video calls, providing guidance and solutions during challenging times.
Salary: $20.50/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, available between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Training Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM for the first month
Contract Type: Full-time, temporary with potential for permanency
Location: West Downtown Ottawa. Easily accessible by public transit (paid parking available)

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Fluent in French and English (this is a must!)
Call center or customer service experience is a big plus
Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively
Must be eligible to obtain government security clearance (reliability status)
