We are looking for Bilingual Contact Centre Agents to work in the heart of Ottawa, just west of downtown. You’ll be responsible for providing world class customer service to callers over the phone and via email! This Ottawa office is a great space to work and we know you’ll love it here!

Responsibilities
• Receive calls, emails, chats and video calls
• First point of contact for clients in stressful situations
• Provide sound advice and suggestions based on policies
• Effectively handle customer inquiries and issues
•Take ownership for effectively handling customer issues and inquiries while ensuring customer satisfaction is at the core of every decision
Qualifications
• Bilingual French and English is mandatory
• Some call center experience
• Familiar with CRM systems
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Customer focused
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance (reliability)
