We are actively seeking candidates who are fluently bilingual in English and French for an opportunity in Oakville. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for assisting clients, retailers, and customers with product knowledge, order updates and many other things!
This is a full time, in-office role in Oakville, ON, with great benefits, a great schedule, and great coworkers!

Responsibilities
-Handle inbound phone calls/emails from customers and clients; all french language calls as well!
-Assist with order processing for clients, retail partners, and sales reps
-Identify customer needs and determine appropriate course of action.
-Facilitate return authorizations
-Update and maintain the client database
-Become a product and solutions experts
Qualifications
-Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is a MUST
-3+ years of Customer service experience, preferably in an office setting
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently.
-Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
