Responsibilities
- Manage short-term product forecasting and alert relevant partners to any variations.
- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of orders, including tracking non-automated orders, maintaining stock availability, and optimizing delivery to meet customer needs.
- Monitor delivery execution and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
- Address all customer requests related to product, value, and quality.
- Use critical thinking skills to solve problems proactively and drive continuous improvement within operations.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payment collection
Qualifications
- Fully French Bilingual - written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service, accounts receivable, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal, presentation) with a proven ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and partners
- Ability to quickly assess and prioritize varying customer and internal partner needs to make informed decisions.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions that reduce the risk of recurrence.
- Analytical skills to objectively review data, spot patterns, and connect seemingly unrelated ideas or concepts.
- Experience with SAP or Salesforce an asset
- This role will be fully in office for the first year, then will transition to work in a hybrid schedule. (3 days a week in office)
