Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Sundays off)
Language Requirement: Fluent in English and French
Salary : $57,300 annually

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in both English and French (35–50 calls/day)
- Support customers with auto and property insurance inquiries
- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences
- Offer advice and guidance based on customer needs
- Support customers throughout the claims process: from arranging towing and appraisals to explaining coverage
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
- Ensure each customer interaction adds value and strengthens the company's reputation
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be communicating with clients across Canada, from coast to coast.
- 3 years of proven customer service or call center experience, whether in sales and service roles or in customer care positions across industries such as retail, hospitality, finance, contact centers, or healthcare.
- Confident, clear communicator who can build rapport with customers
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable using multiple systems with strong computer and typing skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
- Professional, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Able to successfully complete a criminal and credit background check
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry ( an asset)
