Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating the ability to keep customers happy and satisfied.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to connect with customers effortlessly.
Must be tech-savvy with a demonstrated comfort in navigating digital platforms and tools in a fast-paced environment.
Proven fast typing skills that allow you to keep up with rapid conversations and precise data entry.
Ability to multi-task and manage high-pressure situations, ensuring calm and effective service delivery throughout the day.
