Responsibilities
What you will do:
Provide expert relocation policy advice during scheduled planning sessions.
Host 30-minute virtual calls to gather and document key relocation details.
Assist clients in resolving complex relocation issues, ensuring smooth transitions.
Review and assess client files to suggest improvements for future claims or projects.
Keep detailed, accurate, and well-organized session notes for future reference and follow-up.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
Fluency in both French and English (oral and written) to provide effective assistance to our bilingual clientele.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage calls and document essential details clearly.
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and a focus on accuracy.
Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in customer service or coordination roles is an asset.
Eligibility for government security clearance: Must have lived in Canada for at least 5 years.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and able to navigate between various platforms efficiently.
