Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to Inbound Customer Inquiries: Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Order Management & Processing: Accurately input customer orders and follow through on delivery details to ensure a seamless experience.
Client Relationship Building: Proactively resolve customer complaints or concerns, delivering effective solutions that foster trust and loyalty.
Sales Growth: Maximize sales by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to provide customers with tailored solutions.
Maintain Client Database: Keep accurate and up-to-date customer information and ensure follow-up communication to enhance customer retention.
Achieve Sales & Satisfaction Goals: Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets and consistently exceed customer satisfaction benchmarks.
Industry Knowledge: Stay current on product offerings, services, and industry trends to make informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
Bilingual (English & French): Excellent communication skills in both languages, written and verbal.
Experience in Customer Service & Sales: Proven track record of success in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an office or call center setting.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective, customer-centric solutions.
Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Team-Oriented & Independent: Comfortable working autonomously while also collaborating with a dynamic team.
