As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in managing client requests, opening files, and organizing the services provided.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers
Handle customer calls and emails interested in the company’s services
Open files and explain the process to clients
Ensure smooth communication between caregivers and clients
Address complaints and implement suitable solutions
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure optimal service quality
Qualifications
Experience in customer service, ideally in a call center
Ability to multitask
Bilingualism (French/English) required
Comfortable with IT tools and management software
Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and teamwork
Experience with the MAYA platform (a plus)
