Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and clients and respond to inquiries promptly
- Update client information in the system and ensure accurate notes are kept on file
- Respond to a shared inbox in a timely manner
- Follow-up with clients if they require additional information
- Provide teams with an overview of calls and client responses
- Work cohesively as part of a team to provide top-notch customer service
- Create efficiencies in the role to ensure that the right business process is being followed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication in French and English is required in this role
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain a business relationship with clients and co-workers
- Strong team player attitude
- Detail orientation and comfort with Financial terminology is an asset in this role.
