Responsibilities
Collection Location Onboarding & Management:
Process registrations for new and returning collection locations.
Oversee service request and frequency processes.
Manage incoming inquiries and communications from CLs and external stakeholders.
Process and implement changes based on Provincial College data reviews.
Build and maintain relationships with large pharmacy banners, including head offices and provincial offices.
Analyze and update database information (CRM/CLCM/other) to ensure accuracy.
Assist with provincial non-financial audit reviews and the drafting of Annual Reports.
Enhancing Accessibility & Participation:
Develop and recommend outreach strategies to increase participation and accessibility for collection locations.
Represent the organization at industry conferences, conventions, and events.
Conduct on-site visits to collection locations as required.
Reporting & Data Management:
Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track participation, accessibility, and outreach efforts.
Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives
Support the implementation of project-specific engagement strategies, key messaging, and action plans in collaboration with team members.
Continuously review and refine internal processes to enhance collection location engagement.
Qualifications
Bilingual (English & French) – required
Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
Minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably in customer or stakeholder management.
Experience in database management and CRM systems is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical thinking approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
High level of integrity, discretion, and independent judgment.
Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
