Responsibilities
Welcome clients to luxury showroom; offer refreshments, qualify the client and their needs, monitor showroom staff availability, offer product information brochures to the clients
Answering phone calls, take messages, direct calls
Answer and distribute emails
Accept payments from clients as per their invoice
Book and coordinate appointments for the showroom staff
Answer questions
Qualifications
Must be bilingual (English and French)
Minimum of 2 years in customer facing role
Ability to offer white glove customer service
Dynamic and easy going nature
