Responsibilities
🎯 Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and personalized service
🎯 Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty
🎯 Manage incoming inquiries and outbound follow-ups in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner
🎯 Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring seamless after-sales service
🎯 Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to guarantee client success
🎯 Accurately maintain client records, update CRM tools, and monitor KPIs and service levels
🎯 Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and business goals
🎯 Proactively problem-solve and handle client escalations with a positive, solution-oriented approach

Qualifications
🔹 Bilingualism (French & English) — both spoken and written is mandatory
🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or client-facing roles
🔹 Experience in a high-volume environment (retail, call center, or inside sales) is an asset
🔹 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
🔹 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
🔹 A client-first attitude with problem-solving skills
🔹 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
🔹 Positive attitude, resilience, and a true team spirit!
