Responsibilities
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Handle inbound and outbound client interactions via phone, email, and online chat in both French and English.
✔ Provide exceptional front-desk and call center support, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate responses.
✔ Identify customer needs, recommend products/services, and close sales opportunities.
✔ Manage data entry and client account updates with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies.
✔ Process orders, invoices, and contracts while keeping accurate digital records.
✔ Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries efficiently, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
✔ Maintain a strong understanding of industry-related processes (e.g., technical services, industrial orders, or logistics support).
✔ Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for client retention, sales, and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
🔎 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Bilingual in French & English (oral and written) – a must!
🔹 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, front desk, or call center roles.
🔹 Experience in data entry, order processing, or CRM systems is an asset.
🔹 Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
🔹 Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
🔹 Comfortable working with industrial or technical products (training provided).
🔹 Tech-savvy – ability to learn and navigate multiple digital platforms.
