Salary: $21/hour (approx. $43,680 annually) + Performance-based bonus up to $450 quarterly
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–9:00 PM & Saturdays, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Work Availability: Must be available during all operating hours
Training: 12 days in-person training at the Laval office (equipment provided)

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls related to automotive glass claims (windshield, side, and rear glass replacement)
Manage claims processing using internal systems and partner portals
Provide exceptional customer service by assessing client needs and offering timely solutions
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation for insurance claims
Communicate effectively with insurance companies, fleet partners, and internal teams
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
Qualifications
Bilingual (French & English): Strong communication skills in both languages as you will be handling calls from clients across Canada
Location: Must reside in the Greater Montreal area and be available for onsite training and occasional meetings in Laval
Experience: 2+ years in customer service (call center or claims experience is an asset)
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with multiple platforms and internal systems
Personal Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Stable Work History: No history of frequent job changes or instability in past roles
Availability: Must be able to work full-time and be available across all operating hours (including occasional Saturdays)
