The Accounts Payable Administrator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Full-cycle Accounts Payable, including verifying, coding, recording, and maintaining accurate records of vendor invoices and payments
- Process Accounts Receivable transactions and ensure timely recording of incoming payments
- Prepare and reconcile daily sales reports
- Provide general accounting and clerical support to the Finance team
- Assist with contract administration and documentation review
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the payment cycle
Qualifications
- 2 years previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting functions
- Must be fluently bilingual
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
