Your workday in this bakery as a Baker will include:
Mixing and Blending: Set the timing and speed settings on mixing or blending machines to ensure ingredients are properly mixed or cooked according to given instructions.
Recipe Adherence: Follow specified recipes and formulas to maintain consistency in the flavor, texture, and appearance of baked goods.
Ingredient Measurement: Precisely measure and mix ingredients, utilizing correct mixing techniques to create doughs and batters.
Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor baking equipment, maintaining appropriate temperatures and baking times for the best results.
Work Area Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Regularly clean and sanitize baking equipment.
Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience working as a baker in a commercial bakery environment.
