Responsibilities
Digital Health, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Qualifications
10 years' experience in Business Analysis implementing or upgrading ICT systems for process improvement and infrastructure in the Public sector, with 3 examples (at least 1 in public healthcare) totaling 10 years.
5 years' experience in business process mapping to reduce cost and inefficiencies, with 3 examples (at least 1 with a RACI matrix) totaling 5 years, including how metrics were identified and developed to measure process performance.
3 years' experience mapping and migrating sensitive patient/client data, including database mapping for data migration and data dictionaries for end-user reporting, with 2 examples totaling 3 years.
1 year of experience using Smartsheet to build organizational processes (tools, forms, sheets, dashboards, workflow automation), with 1 example totaling 1 year, detailing Smartsheet platform use.
7 years' experience developing training materials and delivering end-user training after information system implementation, with 3 examples totaling 7 years, with specific work details.
5 years' experience in quality assurance and testing in information systems projects (planning, developing, and executing test scripts), with 2 examples totaling 5 years.
2 years of experience working on projects implementing a patient safety and critical incident reporting solution in healthcare, with 1 example totaling 2 years.
