Responsibilities
Digital Health, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Qualifications
Mandatory:

1.Valid PROSCI Organizational Change Management certification.
2.Degree in business or public administration.

Skills & experience:

10 years' experience eliciting requirements and implementing systems in healthcare. Provide 3 examples totaling 10+ years.
5 years' experience implementing or upgrading EMRs in clinical environments. Provide 3 examples totaling 5+ years.
5 years' experience implementing or upgrading Allscripts or Altera products in clinical environments. Provide 3 examples totaling 5+ years.
3 years' experience implementing Computerized Provider Order Entry solutions in healthcare. Provide 2 examples totaling 3+ years.
