Digital Health, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
1.Valid Certified Business Analysis Professions (CBAP) certification.
2.Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
Skills & Experience:
10+ years business analysis experience, documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps (3+ examples, totaling 10+ years).
5+ years performing healthcare analysis, including facilitating requirements sessions and workshops with clinical stakeholders (2+ examples, totaling 5+ years).
5+ years using journey mapping to evaluate and improve customer/patient service experiences (2+ examples, totaling 5+ years).
4+ years analyzing healthcare service provisioning, including data and workflow analysis to recommend improvements (2+ examples, totaling 4+ years).
4+ years performing business process modeling, analysis, and improvement in healthcare, including mapping processes and identifying inefficiencies (2+ examples, totaling 4+ years; 1+ example involving new service delivery models for pharmacy activities).
3+ years leading business analysis teams, including determining deliverables and planning work (1+ example, totaling 3+ years).
2+ years supporting analysis for Provincial Electronic Patent Record implementations, providing analysis in diagnostic, cardiology, neurology, orders, pharmacy (2+ examples, totaling 2+ years).
