Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Content Coordination for Retailers:
● Support the creation and distribution of B2B-focused content to help retailers understand platform offerings and ordering processes.
● Assist in maintaining content calendars.
Email Marketing Assistance:
● Support the execution of email marketing campaigns by helping with list segmentation, content formatting, and basic analysis.
● Monitor and report on email campaign metrics.
Data Monitoring and Reporting:
● Monitor basic analytics data for digital campaigns and assist in preparing performance reports.
● Learn to identify trends and insights to help optimize future marketing efforts.
UAT Execution:
● Collaborate with the team in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for digital functionalities and product-related content.
● Test and provide feedback on the functionality and user experience of digital assets before they go live.
Troubleshooting End User Defects:
● Provide support in identifying and resolving issues faced by end-users with the B2B Platform.
● Collaborate with IT and customer support teams to address defects and enhance the user experience.
Collaboration and Communication:
● Work closely with the team to understand product roadmaps and upcoming releases.
● Communicate updates and progress on assigned tasks, ensuring alignment with product strategies.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience in the digital field.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
● Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
● Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
● A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
● Knowledge of the Salesforce Suite (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Commerce Cloud) is a plus.
● Experience in B2B industries is a plus.
● Bilingualism is required to support French and English-speaking clients across Canada.
