The B2B Digital Coordinator knows his or her field inside out and has a visionary mindset to identify trends and ideas to help optimize future marketing efforts. He/she supports the creation and distribution of content that will help retailers understand the platform's offerings and ordering processes.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Responsibilities
The B2B Digital Coordinator's responsibilities include:
Support the creation and distribution of B2B-focused content that helps retailers understand the platform's offerings and ordering processes.
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns by assisting with list segmentation, content formatting and basic analytics.
-Monitor basic analytical data for digital campaigns and help prepare performance reports.
- Test and provide feedback on the functionality and user experience of digital assets before they go live.
- Collaborate with IT and customer support teams to address defects and improve user experience.
- Communicate updates and progress on assigned tasks, ensuring alignment with product strategies.
Qualifications
The B2B Digital Coordinator must:
- Have completed a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Be bilingual English-French
- Experience in the digital field
- Master the Office Suite
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and customer relationship management systems
- Project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Knowledge of the Salesforce suite (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Commerce Cloud) is a considerable asset.
