Wage: $44.98/hour, 1.5x OT, increasing to $48.20 after 3 months

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding procedure specifications accurately.
Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment, including SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and RMD processes.
Maintain clear communication and ensure efficient workflow with minimal supervision.
Follow all safety protocols while performing tasks assigned by supervision.
Lift up to 50 pounds as needed and handle physically demanding tasks.
Be available for paid overtime as required.
Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications:
AB Journeyman Welder Certification with ABSA B-Pressure endorsement (Red Seal required if from another province).
Minimum of 5 years of experience welding SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and flux core welding (experience welding stainless steel is a plus).
Overhead crane experience and ability to work with spooling positioners.
Proficiency with RMD process is required.
Proven ability to weld 70-100 FDI’s per day.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
