Responsibilities
🔹 Fabricate and weld ASME Section VIII pressure vessels according to engineering drawings and specifications
🔹 Perform FCAW, MCAW, and SMAW welding on carbon steel and stainless steel materials
🔹 Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and vessel drawings
🔹 Ensure all welds meet CWB and ASME standards
🔹 Use overhead cranes, rigging, and fabrication tools safely and efficiently
🔹 Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance
🔹 Work collaboratively with fitters, inspectors, and other trades to ensure project success
🔹 Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all company safety protocols
Qualifications
✔ Journeyman Welder Ticket (B-Pressure certification required)
✔ 5+ years of experience in welding pressure vessels and structural components
✔ Proficiency in FCAW, MCAW, and SMAW welding processes
✔ Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
✔ Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
