- Work closely with a tight-knit, tenured maintenance team!
Responsibilities
- 50% preventative maintenance, 50% service/emergency breakdowns on equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and machinery
- Performing maintenance and repairs on a mix of mostly older machinery but also a couple of newer robots
- Respond to any production problems on the floor
- Work collaboratively with operators to troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and address relevant safety and
quality concerns
- Participate in the assembly, installation, and adjustment of new equipment or new parts to support the growth
and continued improvement of production operations
- Complete work orders
Qualifications
- Hands-on maintenance experience, with a strong focus on automation
- Licensed, unlicensed millwrights, automation techs & maintenance mechanics!
- Electrical background, with the ability to read schematics
- Minimum 3 years Experience in a manufacturing setting
- Someone with a willingness to learn, and great attention to detail!
- Diligent, process driven, extremely punctual
