Responsibilities
-Collaborate with senior audit team members and business partners
-Manage and document audit processes effectively
-Work with QA and testers to determine necessary actions
-Engage with stakeholders and maintain clear communication
-Ensure adherence to established templates, processes, and tools
-Report audit findings clearly to the manager
-Prioritize audit needs and align with business requirements
-Participate in bi-weekly board reporting procedures
-Independently manage desk responsibilities while working within a team
Qualifications
Must-Have:
-5+ years of audit experience within the AML banking sector
-Audit management experience
-Ability to manage high audit volumes effectively
-AML experience
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite
-Regulatory, governance, and compliance experience
Nice-to-Have:
-SAS experience
-ACAMS certification
-Financial crimes experience
-Experience developing test scripts for audits
