Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior audit team members and business stakeholders
Drive clear, accurate documentation across all audit phases
Work closely with QA, testers, and compliance to identify and fulfill audit requirements
Follow established audit frameworks, templates, and tools
Communicate audit findings clearly to managers and stakeholders
Manage bi-weekly reporting for executive-level updates
Operate autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Must-Have Qualifications
Audit experience in AML within the banking industry
Proven audit management experience
Ability to manage high-volume workloads effectively
Strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and governance standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
Experience with SAS
ACAMS certification
Exposure to financial crimes investigations
Experience in developing test scripts for auditsties
