Responsibilities
- Manage cash flow needs, forecasting, and variance analysis for effective resource management.
- Ensure the accuracy of monthly reconciliations and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and certain general ledger accounts.
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure smooth department operations.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
Qualifications
- CPA designation or in the final stages of obtaining it
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Experience in an accounting firm is an asset
- Bilingual (French & English) – required for international operations
- Excel intermediate
