Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of financial, accounting and internal control procedures.
- Ensure the maintenance of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in collaboration with the Financial Controller.
- Manage and optimize cash flow, follow up on payments and receipts.
- Supervise and coordinate the complete accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as the management of fixed assets.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management and investors.
- Collaborate with external auditors and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations.
- Develop and document processes and tools to improve the efficiency of financial operations.
- Actively participate in the implementation of new accounting or ERP software, if necessary.
- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience
- Excellent command of Excel and experience with accounting software
- Strong analytical mind and ability to structure financial processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
