Responsibilities
- Assist with the month-end closing process.
- Oversee reconciliations relating to the AP department
- Oversee the accurate recording of all Accounts Payable transactions, including invoice management.
- Ensure the accurate completion of all vendor invoice payments
- Assist with updating policies, KPI, and procedures to ensure best practices are implemented and maintained.
- Manage a team of accounts payable specialists and coordinators
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related major is required.
- 2 years of managerial experience is required
- At least 4 years of accounts payable experience is required
- Large ERP systems experience is desirable
- Ability to show initiative and take the lead on decision-making.
- Ability to implement and monitor KPI's
