At our facility in Scarborough you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Asset Owner :
- Oversee employee performance related to machine operations, developing skills and production strategies for operators
- Train and coach operators on cleaning, inspection, and lubrication activities (CIL)
- Create and manage line-specific action plans, develop standard maintenance processes, and prepare proposals to improve efficiencies and productivity
- Implement maintenance action plans, coordinate resources to resolve potential work conflicts, validate performance over the last 24 hours and prepare daily analysis
- Manage critical path, operations and maintenance during shutdowns for the CIL process
- Participate in post-shutdown critiques, provide data analysis and corrective actions in Line Centric Team (LCT) meetings
- Support divisional objectives in health and safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement (5S)

- Proven experience in operations supervision within manufacturing (asset)
