Responsibilities
Are you interested in the following activities?
• Providing technical support to the company's various clients
• Extracting data and creating reports
• Analyzing bugs, escalating them to the development team as needed, and ensuring follow-up
• Writing relevant reference documents
Qualifications
Do you have the following skills?
• A computer science degree
• At least three years of experience in software support/SAAS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server, Windows, and networking
• Autonomous and proactive
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
