Leading process redesign initiatives for HR systems.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
4+ years of experience in HR systems management, with a focus on Workday Recruiting module.
Experience implementing and supporting Workday Recruiting in multiple countries.
Proficiency in designing and implementing complex calculated fields and conditional rules within Workday.
Proven ability to design and develop advanced reports and dashboards in Workday.
Experience with Jira Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
