Responsibilities
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions leveraging LLMs, GPT-based models, and RAG architectures.
• Develop scalable AI applications utilizing Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and other Azure AI services.
• Optimize AI solutions and models for specific domain use cases.
• Integrate AI models effectively with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software development teams.
• Ensure model security, data privacy, scalability, and adherence to best practices and ethical guidelines.
• Stay current with advancements and trends in AI, Natural Language Processing, and cloud technologies.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, engineering or a college diploma that involves at least 2 years of post-secondary education focused on relevant field.
2. 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in AI/ML solutions.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Python, C#, or Java, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain) and related libraries (NumPy, Pandas).
2. Hands-on experience with GPT, RAG-based architectures, and vector databases using Azure services (Cosmos DB, AI Search, OpenAI, SQL/PostgreSQL).
3. Expertise in cloud platforms, especially Azure AI services, Azure ML, Azure Functions, Bot Service, App Service, and OpenAI APIs (experience with AWS/GCP is a plus).
4. Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, embedding techniques, and knowledge graphs.
5. Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
6. Experience in scaling AI applications and optimizing inference performance.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
8. Exposure to DevOps/MLOps, CI/CD for ML models, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) is an asset.
9. Experience in fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific tasks is a plus.
10. Full stack development experience is desired.
11. Preference will be given to candidates with Azure Certifications in Data and AI with a minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar organization and position.
