What You Will Do
Help define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for some of our AI capabilities, including knowledge assistants, data insights, and task orchestration features
Work with product leadership to define and prioritize the product roadmap to reflect business and product objectives based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis, including negotiation and optimization of multiple trade-offs.
Collaborate with Product Management, UX, customers and other stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand customer needs, translate those needs into well-defined, detailed requirements and acceptance criteria when writing Epics, Features and User Stories for the AI engineering team - ensuring our generative AI solutions address real-world financial challenges
Collaborate closely with AI Engineers, LLM Operations, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to monitor, evaluate, prioritize, design, guide and deliver impactful products for your scrum team(s), including negotiation and optimization of multiple trade-offs to ensure successful delivery of AI features
Analyze user feedback and usage metrics through platforms like Pendo, Langfuse and Datadog to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize enhancements
Lead the testing and validation of AI features, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver tangible value to customers
Manage the backlog of AI initiatives, balancing technical requirements with business priorities
Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape in AI and financial technology
Collaborate with the documentation team to create and maintain product documentation for AI features
Work with marketing and sales teams to effectively communicate the value of our AI capabilities to customers and prospects
Leverage design thinking techniques and strategies to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to refine requirements, map solutions to business and technical problems, and bring the products to market.
Become a subject matter expert and drive adoption of AI features through education, training materials, and user engagement strategies
Participate in agile ceremonies to help and maintain momentum of your scrum team(s).
Be an excellent communicator who can explain complex technical ideas and effectively engage with peers, team members, and external customers.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or finance
3+ years of product management experience in business application software, with ideally at least one year focused on AI/ML products or features
Experience managing the development lifecycle of generative AI or LLM-based applications
Experience with product discovery techniques and customer research methodologies
Familiarity with testing frameworks and user feedback analysis tools like Pendo
Understanding of LLM operations platforms such as Langfuse and monitoring tools like Datadog
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands effectively
Methodical approach to delivery with attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to work independently and assimilate new ideas quickly.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Experience writing clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions
