Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers and respond to their requests efficiently.
- Ensure the scheduling and coordination of service calls, guaranteeing a quick and flawless response.
- Optimize technician distribution based on customer proximity to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Perform proactive follow-up with technicians to ensure maintenance tasks are completed within the set deadlines.
- Continuously improve appointment schedules and technician routes to maximize efficiency.
- Accurately forecast daily and weekly workload to ensure effective planning and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (French/English) with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-reliant, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
- Strong customer orientation, professional ethics, and team spirit.
- Knowledge of geography or map-reading skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
