Dixie - Courtneypark Dr E, Mississauga
Salary:
$21.12/hr (plus $1 premium for afternoon shift)
Shift Schedule:
Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2-3 weeks)
Regular Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities
Assemble and build electrical cabinets with strong attention to detail and precision.
Safely and efficiently operate a variety of power tools.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
Perform disassembly and reassembly of carbon and stainless steel enclosures.
Deburr and handle materials as needed.
Work collaboratively within a team to meet production deadlines.
Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure they meet established standards.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience with power tools and assembly builds.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
Willingness to work the afternoon shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
1+ years of prior assembly experience.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must have steel-toed safety shoes.
Strong command of the English language (both verbal and written).
