Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing technical support team
- Evaluate, select, and configure ticketing software and knowledge management platforms
- Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends and drive improvements
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance response times and team efficiency
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues related to electrical products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of technical support experience in the electrical industry, with minimum of 3-4+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in technical support operations, escalation management, and process optimization
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive business insights
Preferred:
- Experience with SLA management and workflow optimization
- Familiarity with customer support software
- Ability to Travel domestically and internationally within US & Canada
