Responsibilities
Process payments, manage Accounts Receivable, and handle collections.
Maintain invoicing and memberships in an Association Management System.
Manage data and ensure its accuracy.
Process bank deposits.
Coordinate registrations for courses and events.
Send confirmation letters and grade letters to participants.
Create and distribute surveys to gather feedback.
Generate class lists, badges, and tent cards.
Coordinate on-site registration and provide assistance to participants.
Qualifications
Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment, including word processing, accounting, and spreadsheet software applications (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks), are essential.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and administrative skills are a must-have.
Experience in Accounts Receivables and proven ability with attention to detail.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
