This opportunity is a full time contract with an organization in Burlington. In this role you will provide general administrative support and reception for the head office of the company. This a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and to network.

Advantages
- 3 month contract with the opportunity to be extended and/or become permanent
- $23 - $24/hour based on experience
- Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities
- Answering phones, transferring and conferencing calls
- Greeting clients and signing them in
- Receive incoming mail and coordinate distribution
- Filing and photocopying
- Making travel arrangements and processing expense reports
- Managing and ordering supplies
- Contact with services as required for repairs within the building
- Inputting data into Excel
- Supporting the accounting team when possible
- Additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of reception experience
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
