Responsibilities
1. Chief Development Officer Support
· Set up group meetings and coordinate schedules.
· Conduct research and gather internal assets.
· Review organizational policies and analyze data for categorization.
· Format and prepare presentations for internal use.
2. Membership Administration
· Onboard new members, manage paperwork, and update Salesforce records.
· Audit and clean up historical member records.
· Communicate with members to ensure paperwork completion and maintain accurate documentation.
3. Data Audits and Cleanup
· Review and clean large data lists, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
· Update outdated categories and remove duplicates or inactive records.
· Work within Salesforce and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
4. Event Coordination
· Assist with events (approx. 1 every 2 months in Vancouver).
· Prepare event materials, create name cards, coordinate catering, and greet attendees.
· Ensure smooth meeting setup and logistics.
5. Ad Hoc Support
· Assist with miscellaneous audits, reviews, and data gathering as needed.
Qualifications
· Microsoft 365: Proficient (Teams, Outlook).
· Excel: Advanced (pivot tables, conditional formatting, data filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
· Salesforce: Optional but preferred (basic tasks can be trained).
· Adobe Acrobat: Moderate (edit PDFs, send documents for signature).
· PowerPoint: Basic (text editing, slide creation, formatting).
· SharePoint: Basic (document sharing and permissions).
