Responsibilities
-Back end management of our customer contact database; entering all data.
-Data entry within the computer software program
-Work with the Marketing Manager to establish the customer criteria for various mailing and email marketing efforts;
-Sort, clean and organize contact lists for our various marketing efforts; -Finalize email communications and schedule to go out to customers;
-Triage incoming requests (email and social media) and assign to correct teams;
-Formulate and post public responses to customer reviews;
-Assist in various projects in support of our on-going marketing and corporate efforts;
-Execute routine audit procedures to ensure the best processes;
Identify quality issues and communicate to appropriate personnel.
-You may be required to carry out other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to
meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
-Secondary diploma;
-Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas;
-High attention to detail;
-Excellent reading/writing skills;
-Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and easily and rapidly shift priorities;
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively in English.
- English spoken with a functional French (spoken and written)
