We are looking for a dynamic and rigorous assistant to support our American team in the administrative management of construction projects, mainly in the Eastern and Western regions of the United States. The position is focused on supporting teams in the field, ensuring effective coordination and rigorous monitoring of administrative tasks related to our projects.

Responsibilities
Process, classify and track purchase orders and change orders in our computer systems.
Verification of invoices from subcontractors and suppliers, and reporting any inaccuracies to project managers.
Creation of new subcontractors and suppliers in the Maestro and Procore systems.
Preparation of technical manuals for projects.
Travel reservations for team travel to construction sites.
Management of subcontractors' insurance certificates (requests, monitoring, acceptances).
General administrative support for American teams.
Replacement of project coordinators during vacations and absences.
Temporary replacement for the secretary-receptionist if necessary (breaks, holidays, training, etc.).
Qualifications
DEC in administrative techniques (4 years of experience)
OR DEP in administrative support / secretarial work (8 years of experience)
Experience in the construction field is an asset
Knowledge of Procore software is an asset
Perfect command of English/French bilingualism, oral and written
Comfortable with common office tools (MS Office, MS Project)
Dynamism, positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Excellent organization, attention to detail and rigor in monitoring tasks
