Our client, a company specialized in transportation, is looking to hire a detail-oriented administrative coordinator for their downtown Montreal office.

Responsibilities
-Assist the Talent acquisition throughout the recruitment process
-Prepare, format, and translate jobs postings
-Coordinate posting on various job boards and sourcing platforms
-Collaborate to the organization of on-campus events
-Candidate communication, schedule interviews, and distribute assessments and background verification links
-New hire onboarding and training
-File management
-Coordinate the approval and payment of invoices
-Prepare templates, presentations, memos and announcements, reports, various letters and assist with occasional mass mailing
-Participate to Top Employer initiatives, and other program branding initiatives
-Coordinate various employee events such as birthday celebrations, recognition for years of service, annual retirees’ luncheon, sending flowers/donations for life events, etc
Qualifications
-Post-graduate degree in Administration, secretarial studies or a combination of education and relevant experience.
-A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar support role in an office environment.
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook) with strong skills in document creation and formatting.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience managing ambiguity and competing priorities, understanding immediate roadblocks and urgent tasks.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with sometimes minimal guidance.
-Bilingualism and translation experience (French and English), interaction with international collaborators
