Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to various internal departments within the company,
- Coordinating logistics support for conferences, consultancy activities, meetings - Assisting with regular daily/monthly activities and assigned projects
- Initiate, coordinate and organize conferences, advisory boards and other meetings
- Booking venues and inviting attendees (Internal and External) - Organizing travel and hotel arrangements
- Initiate PO’s and track budgets
- Timely processing of requests for related materials such as slide decks, meeting agendas, and formulary binders
- Accurate and timely payment of honorarium, PO’s and processing of requests.
- Management and operation of internal systems.
Qualifications
- University Degree, post-secondary education, or equivalent work experience
- Advanced administrative skills attained through post-secondary education combined with a minimum of three years business experience at a senior/administrative level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a small team, as well as independently
- Exceptional attention to detail under strict compliance rules
- PC software, including MS Word, Excel and Power point, MS Teams, SharePoint, DocuSign - Past experience in medical administration is an asset
- Past experience operating internal systems is an asset
