Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
Order Entry Duties:
Accurately enter orders into the ERP system, ensuring accurate pricing, delivery times, and terms.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth order entry.
Maintain order documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
MRP Duties:
Update MRP system data to support production planning and material procurement.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of required materials based on demand forecasts and production schedules.
Create and review bills of materials (BOMs) and ensure their accuracy in the system.
Train team members and provide support to resolve issues related to MRP system processes.
Qualifications
Desired profile:
Bilingualism, both spoken and written
Professional studies diploma (DEP) in industrial engineering or a similar field (asset).
1 to 2 years of experience with MRP systems and order entry, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP software.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
