Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Source and obtain price quotations from catalogues and suppliers and prepare purchase orders
Calculate cost of orders and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts
Process purchases within purchasing authority
Contact suppliers to schedule deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed deliveries and other problems
Assist with ensuring that the work to be completed is communicated within departments and Branches
Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports and price lists.
Prepare requisition orders to replenish materials, equipment and stock.
To support the organization by ensuring all clients are properly invoiced in accordance with current company procedures.
To provide customer service related to shipping, invoicing and payments.

Highly Organized
Willing to take accountability for tasks and projects
Flexible
Ability to Multi-task
Teamwork oriented
Ability to take initiative
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Very strong data entry skills (speed and accuracy).
Bilingual English and French spoken and written.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required
Ability to work independently and in an environment with frequent interruptions
