Schedule: 37.5 hours/ week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, 30 minute lunch
100% in office 5 days a week
Location: Ville Saint Laurent, QC
Salary: $60,000-65,000
Responsibilities
Assist managers in writing or updating job descriptions and postings;
Support internal communications (edits and publications)
Data entry as needed
Support the integration of new employees and onboarding process
Support the planning and coordination of meetings, events, appointments and any other activity of a similar nature.
General administrative support (printing, documentation,
filing...)
Follow up the files of the candidates administratively
Coordinate and prepare the integration schedule for new employees
Draft and post basic internal communications
Support other internal teams as needed
All other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Fluently bilingual, English and French;
- Must have good MS office skills;
- Strong ability to work independently;
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills;
- Effective communication skills;
-An interest or some previous experience in HR is a plus;
